Special features of Eat Clean
Eat Clean adds value to typical clean-eating delivery by having a specialized chef prepare the meals for you, making sure you eat healthy even if you can’t fit cooking into your schedule. They also let you opt for weekly deliveries, meaning you don’t have to make a monthly commitment.
Eat Clean labels all their meals with macros (protein, carbs, and fats), which is useful for those closely monitoring what they eat.

About the Food

How to Use Eat Clean
Ordering
To order using Eat Clean, head over to their website and enter your email and zip code.
Choose your preferred diet between traditional, plant-based, paleo, or keto. You can also adjust your portion size by choosing between Regular and Large.
Now you can choose how many meals you want to receive a week (6, 10, 12, or 14). You’ll notice that the price becomes more convenient the more meals you order.
Before checking out, you will need to choose when you want to receive your first healthy meals.
Then you can pay and choose your favorite meals from the Eat Clean menu after checkout.
Delivery
Home deliveries arrive early in the morning and come with a branded cooler bag and ice pack. Put the meals in the fridge as soon as possible when you receive them.
You can keep the Eat Clean food containers (BPA-free and recyclable), but you have to return the cooler bags and ice packs. Leave them outside your door the nights before your weekly deliveries (Sundays and Wednesdays) so drivers can swap them for new bags.
How to Heat Eat Clean Meals
As mentioned, Eat Clean cooks the meals for you so you’ll only have to reheat them for around 2-3 minutes depending on your microwave.
If you’re using an oven, it’s recommended to preheat to 350°F and leave the meal in for around 30 minutes. Make sure you let the food cool for a few minutes before you chow down.
If you have a food thermometer, you can check that the internal temperature has reached 165°F to make sure it’s ready.
Prices
There are four plans in total: 6, 10, 12, or 14 meals per week. Prices will vary slightly depending on the portion size you choose, but meals get more convenient the more you order.
6 Meals: $11.33 per Meal
10 Meals: $8.90 per Meal
12 Meals: $8.60 per Meal
14 Meals: $8.21 per Meal
On average, Eat Clean is cheaper than similar delivery services, especially considering that the meals are already prepared for you.
Other costs include shipping and tax, which get added at checkout. Your billing date will depend on when you start your deliveries, so make sure you make a note.
Customer Service
You can contact Eat Clean for general inquiries by calling this number: (954)836-7552
To get support from the customer service team for issues you should call (800) 305-4758 or send an email to hello@eatcleantogo.com.
For example, if you haven’t received your order or are missing an item, you should contact them on the same day of the delivery by 6:00 PM to successfully resolve the issue.
Customers have shared that it might be difficult to reach the customer service team in certain situations, which is true for many technology-based delivery platforms.
Overall Opinion
The meals are tasty, the quality is above-average and the price is fair. All you have to do is choose a plan, fire up the microwave and you’ll be following a healthy, organic diet without doing all the cooking (and cleaning!).
If you’re short on time but don’t want to give up on eating clean, then Eat Clean might be the solution for you. Why not try it out?
